Aaron came to the Hospice to service our external A/C units. The job he did was scheduled to take a day but due to events beyond his control took him longer. At all times, he kept me updated on what he had done and made recommendations on what we should be looking out for in the future. He was polite to all the staff and none of his work interrupted any of the care activities that take place here.
